Paramount Home Entertainment will release Paranormal Activity 4 to Blu-ray/DVD in January and we have a look at the cover art, plus some early release details. The movie will be released on January 22nd and will be available on DVD (MSRP $29.99), as well as a Blu-ray/DVD/Digital combo pack (MSRP $39.99). Although the retail price seems a bit high, Amazon.com is currently taking pre-orders on both versions for under $20.

All formats will contain a director's cut version as well as the theatrical cut. There are no details on bonus features at this time, but we'll have more information as we get closer to the release date. Paranormal Activity 3 included "Lost Tapes", so we may see something similar with deleted scenes or bonus footage.

We've included the Blu-ray/DVD/Digital artwork below and we'll update this story when bonus features are officially announced.
