A third trailer has been released for the upcoming remake of Evil Dead and this time it's a green band version. It may not have all of the blood from the first two trailers, but there is additional footage for those that can't wait until the movie's release in April. Evil Dead was directed by Fede Alvarez and sees a new cast of characters discovering the Necronomicon:

“Five twenty-something friends become holed up in a remote cabin where they discover a Book Of The Dead and unwittingly summon up dormant demons living in the nearby woods, which possess the youngsters in succession until only one is left intact to fight for survival.

A core cast of young, fresh talent includes Jane Levy (Suburgatory) as Mia; Shiloh Fernandez (Deadgirl, Red Riding Hood) as David; Lou Taylor Pucci (Carriers) as Eric; Jessica Lucas (Cloverfield) as Olivia and Elizabeth Blackmore (Legend of the Seeker) as Natalie.”

If you're headed to SXSW, the world premiere of Evil Dead will be taking place at the event in March. For those not attending SXSW, the movie will be released to theaters everywhere on April 12th. Visit the following links to learn more about the movie:
