Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and, when that beholder exists in the world of Rod Serling's The Twilight Zone, beauty is perceived differently than what you would expect. Written by Serling, the "Eye of the Beholder" episode is widely regarded as a classic entry to The Twilight Zone series, alongside other Serling-penned episodes like "It's a Good Life" and "The Monsters Are Due On Maple Street." To commemorate one of the show's most well-known stories, collectibles manufacturer Bif Bang Pow! has released a diorama of a tense scene from "Eye of the Beholder."

About 7.5 inches wide, 5 inches tall, and 3.5 inches deep, this resin diorama stays true to its vintage origin with a greyscale paint job. Laying in bed with her face bandaged is Janet Tyler, a woman who's just undergone her eleventh operation in an effort to "look normal." Standing worriedly by her side is Dr. Bernardi, the man who performed the surgery and is unsure if he's succeeded.

The Twilight Zone Eye of the Beholder Diorama is now available for $29.99 from Entertainment Earth. You can also find it at Amazon.com.
