TikGames has just announced that they are working on a Child's Play game. Titled Chucky, the game is described as a "stealth-action romp" in which players will use "stealth and guile to dispatch victims in a multitude of distinctive methods".

It also looks like this game will have all of the blood and gore fans of the series would expect: "soon, gamers around the world will be able to enjoy highly-entertaining, interactive, downright gory experiences with this brand".

"TikGames today announced an agreement with Universal Partnerships & Licensing to develop and publish the first officially licensed video game based on the Chucky movie franchise. Currently in development, this interactive title is targeted to launch on console and PC digital distribution platforms this fall.

Utilizing an original storyline, players will have the opportunity to play as the killer doll and experience his exploits first hand while extending his gory legacy. True to the nature of the films, Chucky will use his full repertoire of stealth and guile to dispatch victims in a multitude of distinctive methods. In the end, it will be up to the player to decide how many (or few) people survive this stealth-action romp.
