"We got one!" Those words still echo in Ghostbusters fans' brains thanks to Annie Potts' awesome delivery of the line as the Ghostbusters receptionist. But in Paul Feig's upcoming Ghostbusters film, Chris Hemsworth will be the one answering the phones.

Co-writer/director Feig revealed via Twitter today that Chris Hemsworth—best known as Thor from the Marvel Cinematic Universe—will play the receptionist in the new Ghostbusters movie.

Slated for a July 22nd, 2016 release, Feig's Ghostbusters will feature an all-female supernatural sleuthing team comprised of Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones. Feig will direct from a screenplay he's co-writing with Katie Dippold (The Heat).

Potts played Ghostbusters receptionist Janine Melnitz in the original film. Stay tuned to Daily Dead for more updates on Feig's Ghostbusters.
