Clive Barker has not directed a film since 1995's Lord of Illusions, but is he returning to the director's chair soon? While posting a status update on Twitter, Barker happened to mention names that will be working on his "next movie":

"Hello my friends, I'm heading to bed early tonight.Tomorrow Christopher Carrion comes to life,in a filmed trailer for ABARAT III. The director of the three minute taste of the Abarat is my great friend Mark Miller. Make up and effects by the talented Stephen Imhoff, and Chris Alex., who will be working on my next movie."

I actually watched Lord of Illusions a couple of weeks back and was thinking about how a new group of films with Harry D'Amour would be nice to see. Tortured Souls, a film based off of the Clive Barker toy line, is the only project that had been mentioned in the past as a possible film to be directed by Barker. Hopefully, we'll hear more info on what he's interested in directing soon.
