Our own Jonathan James will be appearing on the Zombies in Pop Culture panel tonight at Comic-Con, with guests that include Max Brooks and Matt Mogk. If you're attending the convention today, we have all the details so you can stop by.
"Max Brooks (Zombie Survival Guide, World War Z), Matt Mogk (Zombie Research Society), Steven Schlozman (The Zombie Autopsies), Scott Kenemore (Zen of Zombie, Zombie Ohio), Aaron Sagers (Journalist and TV host), Bradley Voytek (neuroscientist), and Jonathan James (DailyDead.com) discuss why zombies are so popular today. Join this expert panel for a Q&A session covering everything from the origin of the modern zombie to the deep-rooted fears it represents."
The panel will be taking place at the San Diego Convention Center as part of this year's Comic-Con. We're expecting a packed house, so please arrive early if you want a good seat. The panel is scheduled for 7:00pm – 8:00pm in Room 7AB on Thursday, July 18th. If you're planning on attending, definitely stick around and say hello.
We'll be at Comic-Con for the entire event and would love to meet up with any Daily Dead readers that will be there. For those that couldn't make it to San Diego, we plan on recording the panel and will have it online as part of our Comic-Con coverage.
