Back in 2014, a teaser was released for Silent Hills, which would have been a collaboration between video game designer Hideo Kojima, writer/director Guillermo del Toro, and actor Norman Reedus. While that project never came to fruition, Kojima and Reedus will now team up on a new video game called Death Stranding, which was announced at Sony's E3 press conference and is teased in a new trailer.

The release date and the platforms it will be released on are not yet known, but Death Stranding certainly looks like an experience many gamers won't mind waiting to play, as the cinematic and haunting reveal trailer raises a lot of intriguing questions. You can watch the trailer below, and be sure to stay tuned to Daily Dead for more updates on Death Stranding as they are revealed.
