In just a couple of hours, VAMPIRE ZOMBIES…FROM SPACE! will make its world premiere at Eerie Horror Fest, and we are excited to exclusively share the teaser trailer with Daily Dead readers. This throwback horror comedy pays tribute to genre cult classics, with a concept that could easily sit next to an Ed Wood film. Following tonight's premiere the movie has lined up additional screenings at film festivals around the world and we have all the details below.

Vampire Zombies…From Space!, the latest film from award-winning writer-director Mike Stasko (The Birder, Boys vs. Girls) and comedy writers Jakob Skrzypa and Alex Forman (Your Money’s No Good Here, Funny or Die), is set to make its world premiere at the Eerie Horror Fest on October 4th at 9:30PM at the historic Warner Theatre. Produced by The Dot Film Company with Theodore Bezaire and Gerry Lattmann on board as producers, the film kicks off its fall festival run with a celebration of outlandish comedy and vintage horror.

Logline: From the depths of space, Dracula has devised his most dastardly plan yet—turning the residents of the small town of Marlow into his personal army of vampire zombies! A grizzled detective, a skeptical rookie cop, a chain-smoking greaser, and a determined young woman must band together to save the world from Dracula’s cosmic plot.

Described as what you'd get if you blended Mel Brooks, Ed Wood, and South Park, Vampire Zombies…From Space! is an over-the-top comedy that pays homage to the 1950s drive-in creature features, with a modern satirical twist.

The film stars an exciting ensemble cast, including cult icons such as Night of the Living Dead's Judith O’Dea, Troma legend Lloyd Kaufman, Tim & Eric’s David Liebe Hart, and SAW VI’s Simon Reynolds. Their performances add a unique layer of nostalgia and hilarity to the film’s satirical storyline.

Following its premiere, Vampire Zombies…From Space! will continue to terrorize and delight audiences at various international film festivals, including the Stockholm International Fantastic Fest, Ramaskrik in Norway, Fright Nights in Austria, and the Vancouver Badass Film Festival
