There were some stunt photos floating around from Underworld 4 last week, but now we have the first close up look at Kate Beckinsale from Underworld 4, courtesy of TMZ. Continue reading to check out the full size image.

We recently reported that Michael Ealy had joined the cast as a police detective that teams up with Selene (Beckinsale), and know that the film takes place 15 years after the events of the second film, involving Selene's daughter. Underworld 4 is currently filming in Vancouver and is scheduled to be released on January 20, 2012.
