Season of the Witch, starring Nicolas Cage will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on June 28th. Both versions will include deleted scenes, an alternate ending, commentary, and other extras.

Hobo With a Shotgun will be released on July 5th to DVD and Blu-ray and comes loaded with extras including an alternate ending, deleted scenes, and a "making of" feature.

The Roomate will be available on Blu-ray and DVD on May 17. Both versions include an alternate opening, commentary, and deleted scenes. The Blu-ray edition features exclusive features not included on the DVD.

Lakeshore Entertainment's library will be released by Image Entertainment in the US and includes the horror titles Hellraiser, Children of the Corn, and Creepshow 2. This means that we should be seeing a Blu-ray edition of Creepshow 2, and hopefully we'll get new and improved restorations of Hellraiser and Children of the Corn. [Source: Variety]
