SONGS IN THE KEY OF X: "Enjoy The Ride Records in conjunction with Warner Records proudly present Songs In The Key of X - Music from and Inspired by The X-Files, available on vinyl for the first time. Once called "... the most ambitious record ever assembled for a TV soundtrack" by Entertainment Weekly, Songs In The Key of X - Music from and Inspired by The X-Files features rare tracks from Foo Fighters, Filter, Sheryl Crow & more.

Executive Album Producers Chris Carter (Producer and Creator of The X-Files) and David Was [Was (Not Was)] truly covered all of the bases when choosing the songs to include on Songs In The Key of X - Music from and Inspired by The X-Files - for those of us who had the CD in the 90s, there were those fun hidden tracks that you had to rewind the CD backward to access ("0" is also a number). Oh, the nostalgia!

The lineup of artists for this release is out of this world, featuring Mark Snow, Soul Coughing, Foo Fighters, William S. Burroughs, R.E.M., Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Frank Black, Danzing, Screamin' Jay Hawkins, Elvis Costello, Brian Eno, plus tracks performed by Sheryl Crow, Filter, Meat Puppets, Rob Zombie & Alice Cooper, and P.M. Dawn, which are making their first appearance on a vinyl release.

BASEMENT SHOW - A One-Shot Punk Rock Horror Comic is now on Kickstarter: "Local three-piece DIY punk rock band Feasters is preparing to play a Halloween night basement show at an abandoned house with a tragic history. None of them particularly believe the rumors about the place being haunted, chalking it up to urban myth overtaking the truth. However, they do see opportunity. After all, what better way to attract a crowd of punks, horror fans, and morbidly curious individuals alike?

Many turn out to see the show, including a mysterious young woman with closer ties to the old house than anyone realizes. Before the show can begin, dark, supernatural forces are unleashed into the house. What was supposed to be a night of music and moshing quickly turns into a fight for survival as the band desperately tries to escape the house of horrors.

BASEMENT SHOW is described as "DIY punk meets Poltergeist meets Hellblazer #27." Featuring 25 pages of story, this black-and-white one-shot comic is a love letter to both punk rock and horror, featuring nods and homages to classic bands and films. The comic is self-published by writer and creator Noah E. Dominguez. It is 100% completed and the creative team has been paid. This Kickstarter is purely to cover printing, distribution, and other ancillary costs."
