"We're not paid to give them the American dream. We're paid to keep them out of it." A Mexican woman's border crossing into the United States takes a creepy turn into an eerily utopian society where all may not be what it seems in the trailer for Culture Shock, the July installment of Hulu and Blumhouse's Into the Dark horror anthology series.

Directed by Gigi Saul Guerrero from a screenplay written by James Benson, Efrén Hernández, and Guerrero, Culture Shock stars Martha Higareda, Barbara Crampton, Shawn Ashmore, Richard Cabral, Felipe de Lara, and Creed Bratton.

You can watch the official trailer below before Culture Shock premieres on Hulu beginning Thursday, July 4th.

"Told in Spanish and English, this thriller follows a young Mexican woman in pursuit of the American Dream, who crosses illegally into the United States, only to find herself in an American nightmare. The next installment of Blumhouse's Into the Dark premieres July 4, only on Hulu."
