In 2015, we'll be taking a trip to Jurassic World. Previously known as Jurassic Park 4, the movie has a new title and release date.

Jurassic World will be released by Universal Pictures in 3D on June 12th, 2015. Safety Not Guaranteed's Colin Trevorrow is directing, with Steven Spielberg on board as an executive producer. The script was written by Trevorrow and Derek Connolly.

Specific plot details have been kept under wraps and we have no casting information at this time. At this point, all we really know is that the film will be shot in 3D and should begin filming early next year. Here's a look at the official logo:
