Marisa Miller cast in R.I.P.D.

Victoria's Secret and Sports Illustrated model Marisa Miller is the latest addition to the cast of R.I.P.D. She joins previously announced cast members Ryan Reynolds, Jeff Bridges, Kevin Bacon, Mary-Louise Parker, and Stephanie Szostak.

Set for release on June 28th, 2013, R.I.P.D. will be directed by Peter Schwentke (Red) and tells the story of a “a murdered cop (Reynolds) who is recruited to work in the Rest in Peace Department, a police force comprised of ghosts who battle spirits unready to depart this world.? … Bridges will play Reynolds’ partner, a wise-cracking officer who’s been hunting spirits since the 1800s.”

Marisa Miller is known for her modeling, but has been steadily making TV appearances, including roles in Entourage and How I Met Your Mother. (**Spoiler Warning**) According to THR, Miller will be playing Jeff Bridges human avatar, which is the earthly form of Bridges' spirit seen by humans.
