We're getting ever closer to Amazon Studios' theatrical release of the new Suspiria, and to celebrate, Mondo is going to let mother take care of us all with a gorgeous, ominous new poster from artist Sara Deck.

Limited to 275 and priced at $50 apiece, the new Suspiria poster (24" x 36") will be available to order sometime next week, so keep an eye on Mondo's official Twitter account for the exact date and time of its release.

Below, we have a look at Sara Deck's new Suspiria poster, as well as insights from Deck into the making of her latest artwork:

“I can’t think of anything more exciting than getting to provide artwork for a film that you were already eagerly anticipating seeing. I will admit to an extreme bout of nerves prior to finally sitting down to work out some concepts for the final print. In the end, Suspiria had ample disturbingly beautiful visuals to offer up, so it was less a struggle and more a pleasure to interpret. Of all of the concepts that I came up with, I am so happy that we went forward with this one. This image to me reflects the unsettling tension surrounding Mme. Blanc and her desire. With palms up imploring the viewer, and face veiled hiding her true intentions. This film is so much more than a remake.” – Sara Deck

A reimagining of Dario Argento's beloved 1977 horror film about vicious murders and eerie activities at a dance school in Europe, the new Suspiria stars Tilda Swinton, Dakota Johnson, Chloë Grace Moretz, Mia Goth, and the original film's lead actress, Jessica Harper.

The new Suspiria is directed by Luca Guadagnino (Call Me by Your Name) and features a score from Radiohead lead singer Thom Yorke. Amazon Studios will release Suspiria in New York and Los Angeles theaters on October 26th, followed by a nationwide release in the US on November 2nd.

Movie synopsis: "A darkness swirls at the center of a world-renowned dance company, one that will engulf the troupe's artistic director (Swinton), an ambitious young dancer (Johnson), and a grieving psychotherapist (Ebersdorf). Some will succumb to the nightmare. Others will finally wake up."
