Following its premiere earlier this week, Channel Zero: Candle Cove is teased in a new trailer that shows the eerie events that are yet to come in season 1.

"The first six-episode series, which will be directed entirely by Macneill, is based on a popular “creepypasta,” or user-generated viral horror story that originated on the internet. In an adaptation of Kris Staub’s Candle Cove, the series centers on one man’s obsessive recollections of a mysterious children’s television program from the 1980s, and his ever-growing suspicions about the role it might have played in a series of nightmarish and deadly events from his childhood."

Titled "I'll Hold Your Hand," the second episode of Channel Zero: Candle Cove airs on Tuesday, October 18th at 9:00pm ET on the Syfy channel. In case you missed it, check out our exclusive interview with Channel Zero showrunner Nick Antosca.
