We should get plenty of new Dexter Season 6 information at Comic-Con next week, but until then Showtime is holding us over with the release of a new promotional clip for the upcoming season:

“Dexter season 6. Renewed, recharged, refocused with nothing to stop Dexter from being Dexter. Coming this fall.”

The upcoming season of Dexter will see a somewhat rebooted Dexter that is similar to the earlier seasons. According to previous reports, the new season will jump ahead one year and will see a variety of new characters and storylines that will carry over to future seasons. New cast members include Molly Parker, Mos Def, Edward James Olmos, Colin Hanks, Brea Grant, and Billy Brown.

"Has Dexter finally seen the light? New season coming this fall."
