Sony has released the final trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2, giving all-new footage of Spidey taking on Electro, Green Goblin, and Rhino.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will open in theaters on May 2nd and will be released on 2D, 3D, and IMAX 3D.
