The final chapter in the Hellraiser mythos is nearly upon us! Around this time last year, it was revealed that Clive Barker had finished The Scarlet Gospels and that St. Martin's Press would be releasing it in 2015. We now have the official release date directly from Clive Barker:

We've included a look at what appears to be the official cover art below and we'll have many more details on the new book between now and May 19th. It's a great time to be a fan of Clive Barker, as he has many projects that are moving forward. For those who picked up his recently released art book, Imaginer, you'll be happy to learn that volume two is in the works we'll have more details on that later this week. The director's cut of Nightbreed is coming up soon from Scream Factory, and Hellraiser and Nightbreed comic books are being released monthly by BOOM! Studios.
