James Wan, the director of Saw, Dead Silence, and the upcoming Insidious, has just signed a deal to produce two new horror films a year over the next four years for Icon Entertainment:

"....with an an abundance of good ideas, he knew he wouldn't be able to direct all of them. So producing them with other helmers to shape them became an attractive option...  ' The idea is to produce small, scary, low-budget pics that I enjoy making,' Wan says. 'I don't see myself coming up with any romantic-dramedy ideas right now.' "

The first film to be released under this deal is being referred to as House of Horror. At this time no plot details are available, but with a plan of two new movies a year, I'd expect this film to start rolling shortly.
