It's been a long wait for Android gamers, but Season 1 of The Walking Dead video game is now available on Google Play.

After the way Season 4 finale ended, it's going to be difficult for fans to hold out until the show resumes in October. Filming of the new season hasn't started yet, so we won't get our first good look at The Walking Dead Season 5 until July, but AMC released a new poster and video that teases what's ahead. It has also been revealed that three actors from Season 4 are being promoted to series regulars.

The chances of a real zombie outbreak are slim, but the rising popularity of the living dead has been helpful in bringing attention to emergency preparedness. This led to the creation of The Walking Dead Survival Kit, from First My Family, which includes a number of items that will be helpful in an emergency situation. Since then, fans have been anxiously awaiting new details, but the series is in the very early stages of development. However, it hast just been announced that someone will join Robert Kirkman as the series co-writer and executive producer.
