S-VHS is the sequel to last year's VHS and will be making its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival later this week. A teaser trailer has just been released and gives us our first look at footage from the movie.
S-VHS features segments directed by Simon Barrett, Adam Wingard, Edúardo Sanchez, Gregg Hale, Timo Tjahjanto, Gareth Huw Evans, and Jason Eisener:
"Searching for a missing student, two private investigators break into his abandoned house and find another collection of mysterious VHS tapes. In viewing the horrific contents of each cassette, they realize there may be terrifying motives behind the student’s disappearance. "
The cast includes Adam Wingard, Lawrence Levine, L.C Holt, Kelsy Abbott, and Hannah Hughes. We've included the teaser trailer below (thanks EW) and three previously released photos. S-VHS will premiere at Sundance on January 19th.
