We now have our first good look at the new Hellboy movie! Based on the comic book mini-series of the same name, the film is written by Hellboy creator Mike Mignola, along with Christopher Golden, and was directed by Brian Taylor.

"In the 1950s, Rookie BPRD agent Bobbie Jo Song is tasked with delivering a spider to the BPRD, but must seek Hellboy's help when things go awry. Together, they travel to Appalachia to take on the Crooked Man, who has been sent back to Earth to collect souls for the devil."

Hellboy: The Crooked Man stars Jack Kesy as Hellboy, with Jefferson White, Adeline Rudolph, Joseph Marcell, Leah McNamara, and Martin Bassindale. While there is not an official release date yet, we're told to expect release information for Hellboy: The Crooked Man is this fall.
