There hasn't been much in the way of major horror news this weekend, but here are a few minor items to hold you over until tomorrow:

Rob Zombie Scouting Locations for Next Movie: If you're interested in seeing the locations being scouted for Rob Zombie's The Lords of Salem, you can check them out over at his personal blog. The Lords of Salem will begin shooting in June on location in Salem, Massachusetts. [Source: Rob Zombie Blog]

Piranha 3DD Gets a Re-write: We recently revealed that Piranha 3DD had been delayed until November. Moviehole is reporting that the reason is because Joel Soisson has been brought in to re-write the script and produce the film. [Source: Moviehole]

Michael Sheen in Dark Shadows?: Just a rumor at the moment, but The Playlist is reporting that there is interest in Michael Sheen (Underworld, Frost/Nixon) joining the cast of Tim Burton's Dark Shadows. Apparently, things have not yet hit the negotiating stage, so this is a very early report and could easily change. [Source: The Playlist]
