SEGA is working on one of the first free-moving titles for the Xbox 360 Kinect and it happens to be a horror game. Titled Rise of Nightmares, the game is described as:

"... a horror-adventure game in which players assume the role of an American tourist who must rescue his wife from a deranged scientist. From a first-person perspective, players use brass knuckles, knives, hatchets, and chainsaws to kill zombie-like creatures and disfigured monsters inside a mansion environment".

Not much has been known about this game since it was revealed last year, but now we have box art and more game details, courtesy of 123Kinect. Continue reading to check it out...

  • Deep and varied gameplay: Master the different fighting styles and various weapons, stealthy sneaking and puzzle-solving. Will you fall into the mansion’s traps or lure the undead into one of your own?
  • Supposedly, the game could be released as early as June, but we're still hearing conflicting reports. At this time, all we know is that the game is nearly finished and planned for a release sometime in 2011. We expect more details, including a gameplay trailer and release date during the E3 Expo (June 7-9). In the meantime, check out the box art below...
