For years, composer Cris Velasco (Overwatch, Borderlands) has made art with music, including the scores to “Clive Barker's Jericho” and “Clive Barker’s Books of Blood." It's fitting, then, that Velasco will present an exhibit of the great imaginer's work early this August.

Taking place at the Copro Gallery in Santa Monica on Saturday, August 6th from 8:00pm–11:30pm and running through August 27th, the "Wunderkammer" Clive Barker exhibit will feature eclectic artwork from one of the true Masters of Horror, presented by Velasco, who curated the collection.

Horror fans will also be treated at the Copro Gallery on August 6th to "From the Depths", a show featuring works inspired by H.P. Lovecraft.

About the Author - Derek Anderson

Raised on a steady diet of R.L. Stine’s Goosebumps books and Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Derek has been fascinated with fear since he first saw ForeverWare being used on an episode of Eerie, Indiana.

When he’s not writing about horror as the Senior News Reporter for Daily Dead, Derek can be found daydreaming about the Santa Carla Boardwalk from The Lost Boys or reading Stephen King and Brian Keene novels.
