After delivering a blood-soaked blast of punk rock slasher mayhem in The Ranger and summoning demonic carnage in The Sacrifice Game, director Jenn Wexler brings her keen eye for bold, immersive, high-stakes storytelling to The Last Temptation of Becky, the latest film in the must-see franchise starring Lulu Wilson as the title character you definitely don't want to cross, especially if you're a neo-Nazi who messes with her family and friends.
Following the harrowing events of Becky and The Wrath of Becky, the third film in the revenge-fueled trilogy features Becky now working as a CIA agent with a knack for improvisation (and bludgeoning someone with a suitcase when "plan C" kicks into gear). Looking to prove herself after a mission goes down a slightly more violent route than originally intended, Becky is sent to Poland to face off against a ruthless Nazi played by Neil Patrick Harris, who has malicious plans to usher in the age of the Fourth Reich.
A timely, action-packed film that delivers blood-splattered vengeance with a wickedly delightful sense of humor and style points aplenty, The Last Temptation of Becky is now playing in theaters via Quiver Distribution. To celebrate the anticipated sequel's theatrical release, we're sharing the second part of our insightful discussion with director/co-writer Jenn Wexler and star Lulu Wilson that took place back in July ahead of the movie's world premiere at the Fantasia International Film Festival in Montreal!
You can watch part two of our interview with Jenn and Lulu below, and in case you missed it, be sure to check out the first part our conversation about The Last Temptation of Becky!
"Now working as a field agent for the CIA, Becky (Lulu Wilson) is sent undercover to Poland to infiltrate a family of innkeepers who are running a tourist venture at The Wolf’s Lair, Hitler’s WWII bunker. After learning that the father, Wilhelm Reuss (Neil Patrick Harris), is on a mission to bring about the Fourth Reich, Becky takes matters into her own hands.
