*Updated* First there were three, then there were ten, and now filmmaker Tom Six is looking to make a human centipede comprising 500 unwilling participants in his upcoming third extreme take on body horror. The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence) hits theaters this May, and fans of the franchise living in upstate New York can experience Six's entire trilogy on the evening of May 31st, as all three Human Centipede films will play back-to-back-to-back at Syracuse's Palace Theatre (home of the Salt City Horror Fest).
