Bringing del Toro’s imagination to life, the book also features a number of special removable items, including authentic period letters from key characters, daguerreotype photographs, newspaper clippings, journal pages, and more. In keeping with the mysterious and thrilling nature of the film, Crimson Peak: The Art of Darkness houses many secrets, all waiting to be discovered.

Featuring a broad range of spectacular concept art, storyboards, unit photography, and other visuals, this book is an unforgettable exploration of one of 2015’s most eagerly anticipated movies.

Apparel:

Last Exit to Nowhere

From the site: Last Exit to Nowhere is a small collective of like-minded film enthusiasts, designers, illustrators, screenprinters and photographers, first established in 2007. We collaborate to create unique hand screen printed T-shirts that pay homage to the most memorable places, corporations and characters in cinema history.

Especially for the Scream Queens:

Novel Creations

As soon as I discovered Novel Creations while doing my Etsy research, I feel immediately in love. It’s clever how they craft repurposed book purses and clutches that would make for a truly unique gift this holiday season. They offer a Dracula Book Purse, a Poe Book Purse and a Handbook for the Recently Deceased Clutch that all look like so much fun- and that’s just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to purse choices there.

From the site: My hardback and leather-bound used books are recycled into great novel gift ideas. I hope you enjoy browsing through my bookshelves, may you find many memories here, and perhaps you will find a treasure to call your own, for a loved one or that ‘hard to buy for’ woman on your list.

Classic Literature, Horror Classics, Vampire romance novels and Banned books are just but some of the publications I use to make my book cover handbags. I also use eye catching books that have vintage dust jackets, to create some unique ‘statement’ pieces.

Music & Art:

Inspired by 80's pop culture, mostly horror movies, skateboarding, and weird monster toys, Cavity Colors’ creations are vibrantly fun and inventive reinterpretations of some of the most iconic creatures and maniacs ever committed to celluloid over the years.

From their Original Prints to their 8x10 collection of art to even their horror-inspired Enamel Pins line(which just launched) and Patches, Cavity Colors features tons of great gift ideas for genre fans looking for something just a little bit different- and definitely cool- this holiday season.

Games & Collectibles:

Warpo

Warpo first popped up on my radar when they announced their My Pet Monster-inspired Krampus toy Kickstarter campaign last month and after looking around their site, I completely fell in love with their retro style of toys.

From the site: Warpo is a collectible toy company founded by three die-hard collector friends from the toy industry.  We never really felt satisfied with the attention to detail and storytelling experience that were on the new toy market. We dreamt of a company that would create new product lines for collectors that look indistinguishable from their retro counterparts – so we started Warpo to make them for ourselves.

Through a process we’re coining as “method manufacturing”, we’ll be taking an artisanal approach to creating new brands across a multitude of formats: action figures, plush, playsets, and more.

We’ll enlist notable artists from this era to help bring the perspective necessary. We’ll be doing everything possible to put ourselves in the mindset of the major toy companies that were producing toys during our determined period in time.

Warpo is all about creating totally familiar products that have never been seen before. We’re not looking to remake the toys you already have – we’re looking to expand your collections with exciting new worlds…

For the Little Ghouls:

Big Bucket of Monsters

Big Bucket of 100 Horror Monster Action Figures - From Draculas, to Frankensteins, to Godzillas, and Giant Spiders and more: You will LOVE this set of awesome Monsters. Each set comes with 100 action figures, each 2-3 inches high. The entire set comes in two colors so you can have awesome undead battles. Set includes 100 pieces including multiples of Frankenstein, Godzilla, Mummy, Cyclops, Werewolf, Demon, Lagoon, Dracula, Zombie, Giant Spider, Giant Moth, and two brand new different gravestones - fully compatible with our best selling Zombie set!

Etsy Spotlight:

Revenant FX

Horror-fied garden gnomes have become all the rage lately and I unearthed a great variety of ghastly yard creatures while digging around on Etsy for gift ideas from the

Revenant FX  shop. They specialize in creating undead curiosities & atrocities to decorate your home so you’ll undoubtedly find some fun items in their shop.

And as far as their garden gnomes go, you can’t beat their Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, Leatherface or Zombie Santa with Elves gnomes to make quite the impression around your yard (or home).
