Back in May, TikGames announced that they were developing a Chucky video game. Development wasn't far enough along at the time for them to show off any game assets, but a recent ad has revealed our first look at Chucky in video game form.

The ad below can be found in copies of the recently released Blu-ray version of Halloween II. Although the ad only mentions the game as coming soon to the PlayStation Network, TikGames told us that they are developing it as a "game for digital download platforms" and that it "isn’t necessarily PSN-exclusive".

At some point this week, the website for Chucky will go live and is expected to include more game information and assets: http://www.tikgames.com/chucky

"Utilizing an original storyline, players will have the opportunity to play as the killer doll and experience his exploits first hand while extending his gory legacy. True to the nature of the films, Chucky will use his full repertoire of stealth and guile to dispatch victims in a multitude of distinctive methods. In the end, it will be up to the player to decide how many (or few) people survive this stealth-action romp.

Currently in development, this interactive title is targeted to launch on console and PC digital distribution platforms this fall."
