One of Gotham's most memorable villains, the Penguin was brought to haunting life onscreen by Danny DeVito in Tim Burton's Batman Returns. In early 2017, NECA will release a new action figure based on the creepy character, and you can now enter the sewer and view photos of the collectible ahead of its release—just watch out for flying penguins.

Penguin comes with an all-new removable fabric coat, removable top hat, “Cobblepot for Mayor” mini-poster, monocle, cigarette in holder and half-eaten fish accessories.
