If you paid attention to Tom Six interviews during the release of The Human Centipede 2, you'll know that a third film is on the way. Today, the first official casting news was released for The Human Centipede 3: Final Sequence, revealing a couple of familiar faces that will be making a return.

When talking about the third movie last year, director Tom Six said that it will “make the last one look like a Disney film." Beyond that, all we knew was that it would be filmed in the US: “We’re going to shoot the third film entirely in America and it’s going to be my favourite… It’s going to upset a lot of people.”

For the final installment, both Dieter Laser and Laurence R. Harvey are officially set to star. It isn't known whether they will be playing the characters from the previous films or themselves.  Our guess is that this film will be closer in tone to the second film than the first, especially with it also being reported that Tom Six will have a supporting role.

Planned as the final film in the series, The Human Centipede 3: Final Sequence will begin shooting this May in the United States. Entertainment Weekly notes that the film has a planned release for sometime in 2013.
