June 12th’s home media releases are comprised of mostly recent titles, including a double dose of terror from Scream Factory with Devil’s Gate as well as The Midnight Man, featuring Robert Englund and Lin Shaye. Universal Pictures Home Entertainment is releasing the latest from Dennis Iliad, Delirium, and for those who might have missed it in theaters, Universal is also bringing home the stellar thriller Thoroughbreds, which stars Anya Taylor-Joy and Olivia Cooke.

Other notable titles coming home this Tuesday include Eli Roth’s Death Wish remake, The Rake, and both Escape Plan and the first season of Game of Thrones are making their way to 4K Ultra HD as well.

Delirium (Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, DVD)

A chilling, psychological thriller from the producers of Split and Get Out, Topher Grace (Black Klansman, Spider-Man 3, Interstellar) stars as Tom, recently released from a mental institute, living under house arrest under the watchful eye of a hard-boiled parole officer (Patricia Clarkson). With the help of medication, Tom enjoys his freedom in the vacant home, until he finds mysterious passages to hidden rooms, receives mysterious calls, and sees horrifying visitors. Tom faces down his demons as he attempts to figure out if these happenings are real or Delirium.

Devil’s Gate (Scream Factory/IFC Midnight, Blu-ray & DVD)

What unholy force lies locked away in this crumbling, booby-trapped, middle-of-nowhere farmhouse? When a woman and her son mysteriously vanish, FBI agent Daria Francis (Schull) is dispatched to the small town of Devil's Gate, North Dakota to investigate the number one suspect: religious fanatic Jackson Pritchard (Ventimiglia), husband and father of the missing persons. But when Francis and local deputy Colt Salter (Ashmore) arrive at Pritchard's foreboding property, they discover much more than they bargained for lurking in the basement. Unfolding over the course of 24 delirious hours, this head-spinning sci-fi creature feature hits viewers with a bonkers blitzkrieg of genre-bending twists and turns!

The Midnight Man (Scream Factory/IFC Midnight, Blu-ray & DVD)

On a snowy night in her grandmother's sprawling mansion, teenager Alex (Gabrielle Haugh) and her best friend Miles (Grayson Gabriel) discover a mysterious box hidden away in the attic. Inside are instructions for The Midnight Game, an ancient pagan ritual said to summon the player's greatest fears. It all seems like harmless fun to Alex and Miles — until they unleash the terrifying spirit of The Midnight Man, an unholy force who pits them against their darkest demons and dares them to survive. Horror legends Robert Englund (A Nightmare On Elm Street) and Lin Shaye (Insidious) costar in this terrifying, supernatural game of cat and mouse. Play at your own risk…

Thoroughbreds (Universal Studios Home Entertainment, Blu-ray & DVD)

Childhood friends Lily (Anya Taylor-Joy) and Amanda (Olivia Cooke) reconnect in suburban Connecticut after years of growing apart. Lily is now a polished, upper-class teenager at a fancy boarding school; Amanda has turned into a sharp-witted outcast with an attitude. Though they seem at odds, the pair bonds over Lily's contempt for her oppressive stepfather, and they begin to bring out one another's most destructive tendencies. Their ambitions lead them to hire a local hustler and take matters into their own hands to set their lives straight.
