"I hunt Terminators." Those three words define Sarah Connor's mission in life in Terminator: Dark Fate, and with the anticipated sequel enjoying a Hall H panel in San Diego, a new featurette and exciting news was revealed for fans of the franchise.
While he was unable to make the Hall H panel in person due to being in New Zealand while filming his upcoming Avatar movies, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Terminator: Dark Fate producer James Cameron did reveal via video that Edward Furlong would play John Connor in the new Terminator movie, marking the first time he's played the iconic role since 1991's Terminator 2: Judgment Day (of which Dark Fate is a direct sequel to).
The cast also includes Linda Hamilton and Arnold Schwarzenegger reprising their beloved roles as Sarah Connor and The Terminator, respectively, with Mackenzie Davis, Natalia Reyes, Gabriel Luna, and Diego Boneta starring in the film as well.
THR mentions that director Tim Miller confirmed that Terminator: Dark Fate will be rated R at the Hall H panel, with the new featurette released online showcasing plenty of intense action and language for viewers to look forward to when the movie is unleashed in theaters on November 1st from Paramount.
