2011/04/10 18:48:23 +00:00 | Jonathan James

We've been especially busy this weekend working on new content for Daily Dead. We were able to briefly meet and talk with William Fichtner, we are writing up a Skyline post-mortem we conducted with producer Liam O'Donnell, and we have seen The Inheritance, which will be in stores next week. Here are random news bits from this weekend:

Mass Effect 3 Plot and Gameplay Details: Dying to know what to expect in the upcoming Mass Effect sequel? Game Informer magazine will be running a feature in their upcoming issue and Gamers Mint has a breakdown of the important details. Click on the source link to check it out. Spoiler Warning: [Source: Gamers Mint]

More Alice: Madness Returns Screenshots: Kotaku has a new batch of in-game screenshots from Alice: Madness Returns. The sequel to American McGee's Alice will be in stores on June 14th. [Source: Kotaku]

Insidious Holds Strong: Insidious performed very well at the box office this weekend, earning an estimated 9.7 million dollars. For a movie that cost less than 1 million dollars to make and has earned 27 million dollars domestically, that's pretty impressive. We really enjoyed Insidious and you can check out our review right here:  http://dailydead.com/review-insidious/

Zombie Stationery: If you're a horror-related company looking to spruce up your mailings, or just a zombie fan who likes interesting artwork, we were sent a link to some cool zombie-themed stationery designs. You can check them out by clicking this link. [Thanks Steph!]
