MISTER MAGIC Graphic Novel Preview: "This June, award-winning author Kiersten White’s bestselling horror novel will be adapted into a striking, full color graphic novel that will immerse fans in White’s most haunting book yet: Mister Magic: The Graphic Novel (Ten Speed Graphic; on sale June 9th, 2026), adapted by Scott Peterson and illustrated by beloved comic artist team Veronica Fish and Andy Fish."
Synopsis: "Thirty years after a tragic accident shut down production of the cult-classic children’s program Mister Magic, the five surviving cast members are still searching for the happiness they felt while they were on the show. The friendship. The feeling of belonging. And the protection of Mister Magic. When a twist of fate brings the castmates back to the show’s remote desert filming site, it feels like the set has been waiting for them all this time. After all, they’re the only ones who hold the secret of that circle, the mystery of the magic man in his infinitely black cape, and, maybe, the answers to what really happened on that deadly last day of the show. But are they there by choice, or have they been lured into a trap?"

SCREAMIFY's Micro Horrors:
From the Press Release: Screamify, the independent horror streaming platform, today announced Micro Horrors™, a new proprietary format for vertically shot, episodic horror — and the first slate of three original series built ground-up for the format. Premiering in June 2026 exclusively on Screamify, the slate includes Autonomous (20 episodes), Game Night (24 episodes), and Scary Mary (episode count TBD), with each series developed by the Screamify Originals team in Nashville, TN.
Vertical short-form horror has saturated TikTok and Reels feeds, but no streamer has yet produced real, narrative, episodic horror series in the 9:16 format and distributed them on a full-featured streaming platform. Micro Horrors™ is Screamify's bet on a shape the genre hasn't fully figured out yet.
"Micro Horrors™ is a new storytelling format built specifically for mobile-native audiences," said the Screamify Originals team. "Vertically shot, episodic, and designed for immersive viewing inside our apps — we're betting this is a shape the genre hasn't fully figured out yet, and we want to find out alongside the community."
The slate will roll out throughout June 2026 exclusively on Screamify, available on iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV, Android TV, and Fire TV. Samsung and LG apps are coming soon.
SERIES #1 — AUTONOMOUS
Logline: A couple riding in a real, fully autonomous vehicle realize the car has rerouted itself. The ride-share app glitches, the doors won't open, and what starts as a relationship argument becomes psychological survival.
Format: 20 episodes · vertical (9:16) · streaming exclusively on Screamify
Cast:
Producers: Erin Áine and Kyle Valle of Big Squid Productions
The hook: Autonomous was shot inside a modern, fully autonomous vehicle currently operating on public roads. The horror is grounded in a vehicle anyone can ride in today.
Synopsis:
A couple climbs into the backseat of a driverless car after a night out. Distracted by a heated argument, they fail to notice the car silently rerouting. By the time they realize something is wrong, the vehicle has taken them far off course. The ride-share app begins to glitch. Controls disappear. The doors won't respond. They find themselves locked inside as the car continues driving deeper into unfamiliar territory. What begins as relationship tension spirals into psychological survival as the machine refuses to relinquish control.
Companion content: The making of Autonomous is featured in the debut episode of Behind the Screams — Screamify's behind-the-scenes docuseries. Watch the trailer:

SERIES #2 — GAME NIGHT
Logline: Four friends play a mysterious board game called Survive the Slasher and get pulled inside it. Three lives each, deadly levels, hidden rules, and a slasher who's been running the game for over a century.
Format: 24 episodes · vertical (9:16) · streaming exclusively on Screamify
Cast:
Writer/Director: Trent Duncan of Venture Court Productions
The hook: Slasher horror meets video-game mechanics — lives, respawns, hidden levels, and a villain who has been manipulating the rules long before the players arrived. Built for repeat viewing, where every episode raises the stakes and every death is only the beginning.
Synopsis:
Four friends — Evan, Riley, Brooke, and newcomer Sam — gather for a costume-themed evening that takes a dark turn when Sam produces a mysterious board game called Survive the Slasher. Within moments of rolling the dice, the group is transported into a brutal, real-life version of the game. Armed with only three lives each, they must navigate deadly levels, avoid booby traps, and outrun a relentless slasher — all while uncovering a secret that has kept the game running for over a century.
SERIES #3 — SCARY MARY
Logline: A genre-defying take on the Bloody Mary legend from the viral horror-comedy duo who built one of social media's most recognizable horror brands.
Format: Vertical (9:16), episode count TBD · streaming exclusively on Screamify
Creator/Director: Joshua Alden — self-taught filmmaker and voice actor; directs, shoots, and edits all of the duo's content.
Star: Brandi Alden — accomplished singer, actor, and improv performer. Credits include Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa.
The hook: The Aldens (known online as Joshiiwuh) are the Charlotte, NC sibling duo with 7M+ followers across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram and 1.4 billion YouTube views. Six years of horror-parody content — reimagining how slasher villains behave in everyday life, skewering tropes audiences know by heart. Scary Mary is their first leap from short-form parody to original narrative horror — and it's purpose-built for vertical.
Synopsis:
Scary Mary takes on the enduring urban legend that has haunted sleepovers, locker rooms, and dark bathrooms for generations — and twists it into something no one has seen before. Details on the series remain under wraps, but the project promises a fresh, genre-defying take on one of horror's most iconic myths.
BEHIND THE SCREAMS
Behind the Screams is Screamify's ongoing behind-the-scenes docuseries, capturing the on-set drama, creative decisions, and production reality of independent horror productions.
