For those looking to get a horror event in before the 4th of July holiday, you may want to consider the Days of the Dead convention in Indianapolis, Indiana. It is taking place July 1st - 3rd at the Wyndham Indianapolis West hotel. Guests include Roddy Piper, Heather Langenkamp, Derek Mears, Bill Moseley, Reggie Bannister, Ashley C Williams, and many more.

In terms of events, they'll have screenings, panels, and the usual vendor area, but one event we're interested in hearing about is their attempt to create the worlds largest (non-surgical) human centipede. To find out more about that particular event and how you can participate, check out: http://dailydead.com/want-to-be-part-of-the-worlds-largest-human-centipede/

Tickets cost $20 per day or $40 for a three-day pass. You can find out more information on the event at: http://www.daysofthedead.net/
