We really miss anthology shows like The Twilight Zone, Tales from the Crypt, and Tales From the Darkside, and are hoping that someone develops the next great horror anthology soon. It could very well happen with the recent announcement that Creepy and Eerie horror magazines are being developed into a TV series.
During Comic-Con, producers Dan and Josh Braun revealed that they are developing Creepy and Eerie into a TV series with Chris Columbus (Harry Potter, Gremlins). Ti West, Larry Fessenden, and Mark Duplass were also mentioned as possible directors. No other information was announced, but we'll be keeping a close eye on this project.
