It's been over half a year since the last new issues of Afterlife With Archie and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina hit the shelves at comic shops, but fans of the Archie Horror line will be happy to hear that both series will return with new issues later this year, and we have preview pages from the upcoming releases.
According to ArchieComics.com, the long-awaited Afterlife With Archie #9 will debut on June 1st, with Chilling Adventures of Sabrina #5 set to come out on May 18th. Returning to write both series is Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, with Francesco Francavilla illustrating Afterlife With Archie and Robert Hack handling the art duties on Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
Aguirre-Sacasa, who has stayed busy penning the pilot for The CW's new Archie-based show, Riverdale, assures readers that further issues in both Archie Horror series are being worked on.
