Having played numerous American Horror Story characters and known for her immortal one-liners as Chanel Oberlin on Scream Queens, Emma Roberts is no stranger to the worlds of Ryan Murphy, who announced that the actress has joined the cast of American Horror Story: Cult.

On Instagram, Murphy revealed a photo of Roberts holding a butcher knife with the caption, "Look who showed up on the set of Cult looking glamorous and ready for action." The news was confirmed by Roberts on Twitter, where she wrote, "I've joined #ahscult will you?"

Roberts joins a cast that includes Sarah Paulson, Lena Denham, Evan Peters, Lena Dunham, Alison Pill, Billy Eichner, Billie Lourd, Adina Porter, Colton Haynes, Cheyenne Jackson, Frances Conroy, and Leslie Grossman.
