Happy Friday, everyone! We have another installment of Daily Dead’s ongoing Salutes Your Shorts series, where we take a moment to celebrate the art of short-form genre storytelling. With Mother’s Day coming up this Sunday, it only seemed right to pay tribute to all the maternal figures out there with a trio of mommy-centric stories. First up, we have the horror comedy Happy Mother's Day, then Darion D’Anjou is delivering up some quickie scares with Mommy, and then we wrap everything up with Chad Cook’s Plucked.

Enjoy, and to all the horror-loving moms out there, we wish you a very Happy Mother’s Day!!
