Capcom has just released 2 new DLC packs for Dead Rising 2 Off The Record. The Fire Fighter skills pack gives Frank West an axe, mustache, and other special abilities. The Gamebreaker pack is the more interesting of the 2 releases and gives players the ability to enable god mode, super damage, super speed, and all kinds of additional game tweaks.
