Josie and the Pussycats are used to traveling around the world to perform gigs, but their latest tour takes them beyond the stratosphere and into the stars in Josie and the Pussycats in Space (which may be a nostalgic treat for fans of the 1970s animated series Josie and the Pussycats in Outer Space). A collaboration between Archie Comics and comiXology Originals, the third issue of the new comic book miniseries will be released on December 26th, and as a special treat for Daily Dead readers, we've been provided with exclusive preview pages!

Written by Alex De Campi and featuring artwork by Devaki Neogi, Josie and the Pussycats in Space #3 (of 5) will be released digitally on December 26th on comiXology Unlimited, Kindle Unlimited, and Prime Reading.

You can see the band fight a deadly, body-morphing extraterrestrial in our exclusive preview pages from Josie and the Pussycats in Space #3 below, and to learn more, visit comiXology's website.

"Josie and the Pussycats are the hottest band in outer space! But with fame and fortune comes turmoil as internal conflicts are threatening to tear the group apart. But that's nothing compared to the alien horrors they're about to encounter as they find themselves adrift in the vastness of space! Even if the Pussycats manage to stick together as a band, will they be able to survive the horrors that await them in the final frontier?

Part of the comiXology Originals line of exclusive digital content only available on comiXology and Kindle. On release, this title will be available as part of comiXology Unlimited, Kindle Unlimited and Prime Reading."

About the Author - Derek Anderson

Raised on a steady diet of R.L. Stine’s Goosebumps books and Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Derek has been fascinated with fear since he first saw ForeverWare being used on an episode of Eerie, Indiana.
