A teaser trailer for the upcoming season of Dexter has been released. This season's tagline is "This fall, hell breaks loose" and it is said that Season 6 will somewhat go back to the show's roots and will focus on Deb and Dexter's relationship.

[Spoilers]Regarding the Deb and Dexter relationship, Showtime president David Nevins is quoted as saying: “Over time you’re going to see that relationship evolve and change, no questions about it.”

He also mentions that there will not be a single villain this season: “There’s one interesting story that will move through the season, and it will be cast very interestingly, but it’s not exactly that one person.” [End Spoilers]
