During the Sony's press conference this evening, we got our first tease of an upcoming Mad Max video game from Avalanche Studios (Just Cause). Little is known about the game at this point, but we did a little digging on the recently launched website for the game. It's been created as an open world title for multiple platforms and is due out in 2014:

"Play as Mad Max, a lone warrior who must embark on a perilous journey after his Interceptor is stolen by a deadly gang of marauders. A reluctant hero with an instinct for survival, Max wants nothing more than to leave the madness behind and find solace in the storied "Plains of Silence"."

We've included the teaser trailer below, along with the first three in-game screenshots. You can visit the official website at: http://www.madmaxgame.com
