Events: Scarefest IV Starts Today

Scarefest, one of the largest horror & paranormal conventions of the year, starts today and runs throughout the weekend. Taking place in Lexington, Kentucky, this year's convention is a tribute to 80's horror, with guests including Elvira, Lance Henriksen, Michael Biehn, Zach Galligan, Kane Hodder, and many more.

There are numerous events planned, including an indie film festival, a screening of Scream 4, a costume ball, and there will be plenty of dealer tables selling horror-related merchandise. Advanced ticket purchasing is now closed, but here are the prices for tickets at the door:
