Sanitarium is an upcoming anthology horror film with a cast that includes Malcolm McDowell, Lacey Chabert, and Robert Englund. After playing a number of festivals earlier this year, the movie will receive a DVD and digital release on December 31st and we've been provided with an exclusive clip that features Robert Englund.
