This fall, you can keep the summer camp spirit alive by taking a trip back to Crystal Lake with Warner Bros.' upcoming Blu-ray / DVD double features of the Friday the 13th films.

If you never bought Friday the 13th: The Complete Collection when it was released in 2013, you'll soon have a different way to collect the franchise's films on Blu-ray. According to Fridaythe13thFranchise.com, all Friday the 13th films will be released on home media double features on September 8th. Except for the Freddy vs. Jason / Friday the 13th (2009) double feature, all titles will be available in both Blu-ray and DVD formats.

Both versions of each double feature will be available to purchase on Amazon. These home media releases will include the special features from previously released double feature versions.

About the Author - Derek Anderson

Raised on a steady diet of R.L. Stine’s Goosebumps books and Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Derek has been fascinated with fear since he first saw ForeverWare being used on an episode of Eerie, Indiana.

When he’s not writing about horror as the Senior News Reporter for Daily Dead, Derek can be found daydreaming about the Santa Carla Boardwalk from The Lost Boys or reading Stephen King and Brian Keene novels.
