A modern master of the macabre and an icon in his own right, Stephen King's name is synonymous with horror, so it's only fitting that he's the latest person to join the ranks of Funko's Pop! Icons as two new vinyl figures—one of which is drenched in blood Carrie-style.

The new Stephen King vinyl figures consist of a standard edition of the prolific author and a Barnes & Noble exclusive that features King with blood-slicked hair, an axe in one hand, and (appropriately) a book in the other.

An exact release date for the Pop! vinyl figures has not been announced, but according to Funko's official blog, they are expected to arrive in stores soon, hopefully in time for horror-loving holiday shoppers.

This marks the latest real-life addition to Funko's Pop! vinly figures, which have previously included filmmakers Guillermo del Toro, Taika Waititi, and James Wan.
